Jenn Shelton

Jenn is an experienced and professional vocalist who also teaches singing. 
She writes, creates and produces her own original music and has headlined originals and covers bands. She has a vast performance history and has sung numerous times throughout New Zealand and in Los Angeles. In recent years Jenn won 'New Zealands Best Female Vocal' in a nationally televised competition for singers.

 

Aside from her active performance schedule, Jenn runs her own successful business as a contemporary vocal and performance coach. She gains great satisfaction from passing on her experience and knowledge to students of all ages and backgrounds, and she has many long standing students who have been with her for up to 13 years. 

 

Singing and performing are not just hobbies for Jenn, but a lifestyle. The passion she has for her art and the care she has for all of her students is obvious to all those who have either worked with her or heard her perform.

Jenn now offers private one on one vocal lessons covering a wide variety of styles from Pop, Musical Theatre, Rock, Funk, Jazz. She teaches a CCM (contemporary commercial music) format. Jenn believes ANYONE can learn to sing and it's never too late to get started.

She works from her home in Devonport, on the North Shore of Auckland.
